About Colechurch Consulting

Colechurch Consulting works with a network of strategy, communications, and web development resources to assemble project teams for clients.

As Principal of Colechurch Consulting, Perry Hewitt brings experience working with corporations and nonprofits to define integrated marketing strategies and to evaluate, select, and implement usable technology in support of those strategies. Areas of particular interest include: user experience and on/offline convergence, content strategy/thought leadership programs, social networking, and online community development.

With a background in publishing and technology, Perry has held significant marketing and editorial roles at Razorfish (online marketing, now Avenue A | Razorfish); ArsDigita (open source community software acquired by Red Hat); Harcourt Online (education and business publishing); and Lotus Development Corporation (software and professional services). She has been a frequent judge for the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX) Awards, and was a r eviewer for Designing Web Usability: The Practice of Simplicity by Jakob Nielsen.

Perry holds an A.B. from Harvard University in Russian and Soviet Studies. She has lived and worked in Switzerland , Russia , the United Kingdom , and Australia , and is now based in the greater Boston area.
